1 - The products to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
2 - The products must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer, i.e. maintaining the original packaging with adequate packing.
3 - All garment labels, both in fabric and hanging and placed on the package, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
4 - The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and only to a courier or the Italian post office within and no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery.
5 - The only expenses payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal under Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n.185 "Implementation of directive 97/7/CE", are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender. In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Lisolastore reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
Lisolastore is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Lisolastore guarantees the consumer the possibility of making use of the right of withdrawal as provided for by art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, provided that the Customer is a consumer, i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase NOT requesting an invoice with a VAT number.
In full compliance with the Customer's rights and to guarantee complete satisfaction, Lisolasore undertakes to recognize the Customer's right of withdrawal, as provided for by Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n.185 "Implementation of directive 97/7 /CE" relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals and companies to which an invoice has been issued, as they are not subjects considered "private consumers".
